Anti Rave Slopes Edition is a fully modular free patching* synthesizer in compact format.
Because of the crocodile clip patching interface, it is possible to fit an extensive 17 modules and 78 patch points into a modular system that can easily be thrown in a handbag.
Fully modular means that there are no pre patched signal routes, this gives the user total flexibility in how they decide to use the 17 sub modules. It also means that you must first patch in order to input or output any sound or signals.
Building upon the original 2023 Anti Rave model, the slopes edition has quite a few new features and sub sections.
-The circuit bent patch points allow a range of WTF type of non linear and unpredictable modulation, depending on how and where you patch them
-2 slope generators with voltage control on attack and release, end of cycle pulse output, and trigger, hold, and loop inputs
-2 waveshapers with 2 voltage control inputs each, for overdriving and mangling internal or external signals
-2 gates - 1 high pass with diode clipping, 1 low pass - very clean
-8 stage clock divider which also activates the capacitor switching of the filter
-Unique capacitor switching low pass filter capable of a wide range of sounds - percussive pinging, metallic sounds, additive and comb synthesis, lush and mellow to harsh and abrasive mayhem
-3 XOR gates which can generate logic outputs from pulse inputs or can be used to ring modulate pulse waves
-pseudo random chaos generator inspired by the famous rungler module by Rob Hordijk, has clock and data inputs and chaos output, great as a sound source or for modulations
-voltage controllable white noise with 3 different output responses, and manual as well as voltage control on the texture/density
-5 assignable 3,5mm mono jacks for routing signals in and out of the module, allowing for full flexibility in how the user adapts the module to their needs
-78 patch points

***Free patching because with the exposed patching interface that you connect together with crocodile clips - you can patch everything.
